Sofia is a DOH Licensed physiotherapist, who has 8 years of experience as a Clinical Physiotherapist both in the UK and UAE implementing evidence-based practice approaches.

She is currently completing her Masters’ MSc in Sports Physiotherapy from Bath University in the UK. She graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a BSc in Physiotherapy.
